Strongly recommend for a weekend escape

Cozy room, comfortable bed, with excellent air conditioning that made our stay enjoyable and relaxed, complemented by the great location just a short drive from the nearest airport and the peaceful atmosphere enhanced by beautiful landscaping around the property.

I appreciated the clean and spacious room, decorated with a charming retro aesthetic that felt welcoming and comfortable. The motel is conveniently located within walking distance to delightful eateries and the serene atmosphere was perfect for relaxation.

Great free parking and seasonable outdoor pool. The Wi-Fi was spotty, though.

However, the noisy A/C unit detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, the lack of cleaning supplies for used dishes was a bit frustrating. Finally, finding bird droppings around the pool was off-putting, making the area feel less sanitary.

This was just a fitting option for a couple of nights in Boulder City with high value for money. The staff was nice and promptly changed our room when we had issues with noise from neighbors. Just be cautious about the Wi-Fi, as it was only available in the office at times.

However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, leading to some discomfort. I also noticed the bathroom tap wasn't functioning well, but it wasn’t a major issue for me since I was only staying for one night. The pool area could use some sprucing up. it felt under-maintained, which was disappointing especially considering the warm weather. Overall, a decent option but could use some improvements in maintenance.
